I am in the process of completing the necessary documents for my LLC, I have been using legalzoom.com, and does anyone have any opinions or recommendations?

Hey Eparkila,

You can pretty much google the docs you need to form an LLC, there are examples all over the place. Thankfully you opted for the LLC, as it requires the least ammount of documentation and "hassle", but if your attorney/cpa recommended S-Corp election, that's a simple doc you can get from the irs.gov site.

In GA, the S.O.S. (Secretary of State) site has examples of the minimum requirements, simply copy/paste the examples you find (via google or your local SOS) and fill in the rest.

If you're real concerned with how you setup the organization, just ask an attorney/cpa for their recommendations Cheers!
