THE COMPANY:
IZLY is a fast paced, 1 year old company that has secured exclusive distribution rights and manufactures some of the most innovative audio visual products in the world.
We sell directly to resellers, system integrators and distributors in the following markets:
-Exhibitions
-Digital Signage
-POS Displays
-Outdoor Media
-Home Cinema
-Out-of-home Advertising
IZLY is currently experiencing very rapid growth and its expanding geographically (Ireland, South Africa, Middle East and Latin America), as well as undergoing a number of strategic acquisitions and mergers.
With a turnover exceeding £2 million, which is set to triple in the next two years and clients like the BBC, Mercedes, Nokia, Virgin, Vodafone, Panasonic, Ferrari, MTV and many more; IZLY is really on track to become a significant player in the AV industry.
THE JOB:
IZLY is adopting a brand new concept in human resources that includes the freedom of working for your self, with the security of being employed. What is more, IZLY's innovative job design model positively encourages employee's interests that are non-work related.
Simply put; you meet pre-agreed key performance levels and the company allows you to choose your own hours and place of work; invests in trade specific and job related training and even invests in the development of non-work related skills.
As a sales & marketing assistant, you will report to the marketing director. Your responsibilities will include:
-Design of brochures, print advertisements, inserts, banners and other promotional/marketing tools.
-Creative imput into radio, online, publicity, TV and other campaigns.
-New business acquisition and account management.
-Client visits and attendance to trade exhibitions world wide.
-Liasing with sister companies on project acquisition and planning.
-Reporting weekly via memo and monthly via formal report to the management team.
Industry training will be given in our facilities in Spain, for which the company will pay all costs, and on site at our new office/showroom in Colne, Lancashire.
THE PERSON:
A young, ambitious, driven and energetic professional/graduate is required for this position.
You will have at least 2 years sales & marketing experience, or 1 year's sales experience with a marketing, or similar degree (2:2 or above).
If you are a conscientious go-getter that meets the above criteria, this could prove your best career move to date.
THE PACKAGE:
Car allowance or access to a pool car, mobile, laptop and a starting salary of £21,000.
