I'm trying to start an incorporated business as a minor. I would like to know if there are any corporations that can be started and/or owned by someone who is not 18 years old. I know that an LLC cannot be started by someone who is not 18 years old. Is there a corporation that can be started by someone who is not 18 years old?
Also, what are the similarities and differences of all the corporations? How do I know which one I want? (My corporation will be a one man business. Does that help me decide which corporation I need?)
