    In need of expert addvice!

Ok so I started a web company to bring a lot of different stuff to the table. My main products are skateboards and shirts, but i offer allot of other random things through my affiliate programs. My question is I am hungry, no starving for the almighty green dollar, but am i trying to hard? Is selling to many different things going to sink my SS Entrepreneur? I have allot of very good marketing ideas and business ideas and plans but am not seeing very good results. My assumption right now is that there is a flooded market for just about anything out there so it may be hard to start any company on line. If you guys and gals have any suggestions it will be most helpful. I find it hard to find honest true help on the net without some one selling you something.

    thank you for you time,

    poopyproducts

    Cool

Good that you had done some planning..
I wonder how sellable are your ideas & strategies though..

Maybe I like to check with you..
    Who are your customers?
And what have you done to attract them to buy your stuff?

1st I think your website is not that much trustful(professional) and maybe you lack core competence which doesn't allow you to position your products well.

I had a skateboard company when i was younger and it worked out but i personally shaped them so it was too much input for the profit in my situation. Anyways heres my 2... It seems like a cool idea but you have got to look at the demand for what you are trying to sell. While skate board and t-shirts are a fun and awesome idea for a company you need to figure how many skate board and t-shirt company's your competing with. After you figure that out I would suggest writing them all out and write next to each what they as a company have that is unique. From there you need to brainstorm what will make your company different or better... for example "reinvent the skateboard and t-shirt in your own mind) do something totally different, new, innovative, but not too crazy still keep it as simple as possible while maybe starting a new trend that your company sets. Good example although i hate his clothing "Ed Hardey" the guy made a new trend with shirts that have tats on them and im pretty sure he banked...

    Hope this helps, Blake
