Question (If you know photoshop, i need your help)

Ok I bought a template today. The template has a HTML and a Photoshop file in it (it has all the images and stuff too)

So I opened up the Photoshop template and did all my editing and changes to the file. I then went to "Save For Web" and I saved it as an HTML/Image file.

Now when you go to the HTML file it saved, everything is off-centered, the background is gone. The Text is missing and so on. If you look at the Photoshop file, it looks fine. I am not sure what I did wrong. I hear people do this all the time, but I must of did something wrong.

If you know how to fix this please P.M me with your phone number and I will call you so it is on my bill. If you rather call me PM me and I will give you my number. I really need the help. I know it has to be something simple. Please! Thanks so much.

I saved it as an HTML/Image file.
Why not save it as a GIF or JPEG?

Then once you have made you changed o the image, save it over the GIF/JPEG in the images folder (I assume the template came with an images folder).
Now when looking at the HTML you should have your new image replacing the old image.

Nope it is a file that is the web templete. It looks just like the HTML one, but you can change anything and everything. Like move things. But when you save it as a HTML file so you can upload it, it comes out all messed up.

I'm not sure I understand your situation. It came with slices right? Flatten the image, export to image ready, then use the save to HTML feature there to get your images.

Only edit the html for the text. If you want to change other parts edit the .psd
