Okay, i wrote this when i was really mad, but i want to know what you guys and girls think. Since here in MI the job market is so bad i was thinking of unleashing something like the Great Fear in France during the revolution. My plan... call up a fast food resturant where i have an app. in already and over say a months period continuously call them complaining about the employees and the service, eventually the complaints and threats to never eat there again will cause them to fire the employes and hire a new staff, thus opening up the doors for me. This again was written when I was really mad, finding out i need money now to pay for many things. What do you all think of this plan?

lol nice plan, but to get a job for you, you are making others loose the job, which is not correct, also, you can only handle one job, but you have made the company fire so many people. This way company may not get all of the new staff as highly talented or at least experienced in that particular company, which will make the company slide down slowly and eventually close down, and you are again jobless. But I must admit, this is a good plan.

Probably would work. However if you're in such desperate need of money, how's working at a fast food restaurant going to help you? Especially when you have to wait several months for results? If you really need the money, why not instead devote that time and talent to a project that may bring in several times the amount of money you'd get working there?

Haha, the idea gave me a good laugh. It might very well work. Amazing what anger can do to ones idea generation ability.

Two things come to mind. Caller ID. You will simply end up being "That Wacko" that keeps complaining.

The other is, why not spend all that time and effort into actually getting a job. The time it took you to write about this "Idea" you could have filled out a real job application.

First, if you have a solid employee and some guy keeps calling on him I bet you are going to work with/trust the employee not the regular complaining customer.

And if you (or your manager) don't see through the customer, you shouldn't be managing.

Second, what about Karma? If you owned a restaurant would you really want someone doing that to you? Talk about a headache and a waste of your (or your managers) time.

Sure you can be frustrated about the current job market, but does that particular employer really deserve your wrath? Anger stemming from your own inability to find or create a job in an appropriate way?

Do the words "golden rule" ring a bell?

Lol, I know you were angry, I just hope you are mature enough to see the shortcomings of that reasoning and decide to not direct your anger at anyone. Use that energy to create a job of your own instead. You will be a better man for doing so.

To quote a very wise man, Victor E. Frankl - "Only slowly could these men be guided back to the commonplace truth that no one has the right to do wrong, not even if wrong has been done to them."

That is coming from a Jewish man that survived concentration camps in Nazi Germany.

Again, use your frustrated energy in a positive way. Go make a job, or get one in a way that will not harm other people.
