Large detached garage/shop. The 55 F-100 has been torn down to the frame and should be running again within the next couple of months.

Yea.... driving a 2003 ford focus i got in highschool..... its ok nothing great - good miles per gallon though which i love....

being in california where i drive everywhere - i would definitely like to be driving a nice Prius, or the new hybrid civics or camrys look pretty sweet too. Basically I'm all about buying less gas.

Graphic design can pay very well, you just have to do great work and find the clients who will pay for it.

I'm usually booked solid weeks/months in advance, and I charge from $40/hr. to $150, depending on the type of work...you just CAN'T settle for $15/hr., even if it means cutting out some nice things until you find that biz that will pay you what good work warrants =)

hey guys

Its really fun reading your posts and i admire actually the both of you for what oyu have achieved in your life. Im 26 and i have a webd esign firm in the Philippines. I got my college education in the United States, i cam back to the Philippines to help out in our family business , which is construction, and after a few years I started my own web design firm.

Unlike the both of you, i have to admit I was "well taken cared off" by both my praents specially my mom. Had everything I needed, a car a prime condo realty, and money. It may not be as much as what you guys have but here more than neough is more than enough.

I admire you both becuase it seemed that you really worked hard to where you have gotten in your life and I really appreciate you guys sharing your experiences. It helps me get my self grounded and focused. I have dreams and aspirations and all of those great things.

Now, I am independent, have a really nice loft in the city (not the one my mom gave me), a descent car and a thriving business.

Its very humbling and inspiring to read expriences from young successful people.
