I added a new section to my blog - Genealogy (is this a good idea?)

    Genealogy (24 Generations) | Roger Bryan's Blog

I'm very proud of my heritage so I added a page to my blog with my family tree. I haven't seen many people do this so I was wondering if you all think it is a good idea?

Take a look and let me know what you think!

My grandfather started doing this in the 70's. When he passed in 2000 my aunt took over and with the help of the internet and the connections my grandfather had put together she was able to take it back to the 1300's. I recently took a trip to London and Torbryan (Devonshire England) to research my family. The "Bryan's" have actually been established in the UK since about 1020 but I could not find any 'real' records with names.

This stuff can be a lot of fun but once you go back a few hundred years it starts to get more and more difficult. Depending on where your family is from it can be extremely hard.

    Good Luck and happy hunting!
