    Hey All!

So how has 2010 been for you so far? What goals have you reached, or made progress towards reaching?

It started off on a bad note, with me parting ways with a project I was very passionate about and in to. Relocating back home, yadda yadda.

Now its looking good again, I have some projects I am very excited about, including starting a web hosting business as well as a new clothing line. As far as my non-tangible web projects go, they're coming along. ActionUpload officially launched this year after a few months of testing different things out, and I have started making progress on the LandShuffle project that I believe will be big.

I did a couple other sites this year, KnowThisNews.com which I have temporarily abandoned as I need to go about it in a different manner. I love the domain name, just need to create a better site suited for it and a better system in which everything is viewed and used. I also bought a couple keyword rich .info's in some untapped (well, under-saturated) niche markets that I wanted to create simply for extra ad revenue.

So, hopefully by the end of this year I am seeing a return on my web projects, I'm very confident about the LandShuffle one and ActionUpload, in all honesty, is just another image hosting solution to add to long list of others. I don't see it taking off, but its worth keeping around. I'm absolutely positive the web hosting thing will take off, I have a detailed business plan and have taken into much user input into account when coming up with the idea. A couple local clients will cover the cost of leasing a server, and all money made goes right back into the company for the first year or so anyhow to get it developed. The clothing line keeps getting pushed back, but I am certain it will be open this year. I already have a crew of people to endorse, all of which who are siked on the project and contributing their input and thoughts. Once again though, all money made goes back into the company to fund growing.

I need to get a real job Haha.

I started the year off with a bang, although nothing much going no now. I exited my last startup, got engage, and for the most part have been chilling and relaxing taking vacations and just hanging out. In regards to business, I haven't really done much, mostly just enjoying life and doing whatever comes next. I don't really have any outline for doing anything right now either. Maybe will do something sometime in the near future.

It is important to note that while I'm not actively doing something at the moment, that doesn't mean I don't have projects or businesses that bring in revenue currently as well. Those still exist.

Income is down a bit from where I'd hoped to be, but I'm doing pretty well still. I think the economy is hurting my business immensely. In terms of my personal life, same way pretty much. It's been going well, but definitely nowhere near where I'd have hoped it to have gone this late into the year.

I am moving my Driving business to another city because too much competition moved into the area after they saw my business idea hit the market. Last year spawned 26 competitors! Ridiculous in my opinion.

I have to say I started the year off well then had a major fall... Not that I abandoned my business in any way, but I fell victim to a cruel HACKER attack, TWICE. This really hurt my business, not because they stole something, they didn't, but because they completely replaced one of my pages with an extremist, inciting terrorist acts. I had to investigate its origin and report it to the FBI and hostgator. Apparently it was a major breach in their security system. Obviously with something as serious as terrorist messages I had to make sure I cleared MY NAME and My BUSINESS from any federal problems. It was scary, frustrating and tedious. BUT persistence pays off. Let me tell you it was long hours of work to get the situation taken care off, but I did and everything is running smoothly. I could not be happier.

In 2010 I'm going to do this
This is my business project, a 3D chat room. Recently developed and is interested in friends to help test it. Package of about 16MB. Do not know whether this project will be success. Wish me luck!

I can see 2010 is a year of double and busier social networking and search engine optimization with the Web 2.0 networks while more and more gurus will spread the good news and affiliates to promote them. I'm really getting excited as well to explore more and be able to outsource my entire online business needs to even enjoy the profits more as I gain results. This time, those who have already spent hundreds of hours in front of their computers for couple of years should have a successful retreat and let their team on autopilot for a change.
Outsourcing is to time management and business leverage...

2010 is trucking along well atm.

I've got my first Google #1 Ranking and a bunch of #2's plus I've finally got one of my pet projects to PG1 - #8 at the moment but I'm confident it'll get higher. Ive sold some avderising on my site for a good profit, enough to more than cover the cost of renewals for my Mortgage/Laosn/Foreclosures portfolio. Looking forward to more sucess to come!
