How would you use $100 in 31 days to make the largest profit possible

I'm about to start a small entrepreneur group in Brisbane, Australia..

One of their first projects will be; getting assigned $100 each and having 31 days to make the most money they can using the $100 as the investment.

In the past I've seen people use the $100 to buy car washing gear to wash cars, sausages to sell hotdogs, etc etc.

I'd love to hear how you would use $100 to make the most money possibly...

Washing cars isnt bad....a few supplies and advertising for $100

Mowing Lawns? All you need is advertising Maybe get some young students to do the actual mowing while you find customers.

Cook on a barbeque outside malls with saugages in bread for $1 each? Wont make alot but you will double/triple that $100 easily.

Advertise computer repairs and go to peoples houses fixing/virus cleaning their computers? People pay good money for this.

Sell yourself at carpool lanes? Wait for lone businessman going to the city and say you will sit in their car so they can use the car pool lane for $15. They will pay this to avoid the heavy traffic, and you simply charge another $15 to ride in someones car to go back to the start. All you need is a sign to hold

Buy bulk, and sell individually. Anything that can make a profit...

    Out of ideas for now

Edit: Just finished reading the first post, and see two of my ideas are taken

Thanks F360 for your ideas, interesting you said about the car pool lanes, i just recently read an article about that whole 'business' concept the guy in america had. Great idea but geez its fairly risky for both people. I'm really not sure on how many people would feel comfortable picking someone up... you know how the saying goes; 'didnt your mum ever tell you to not pick up hitch hikers'.. obviously is working for the guy

i'll keep everyone updated with how it all goes, a few other suggestions that have been thrown around so far have included, planting seeds and selling as seedlings (altho it'll prove tough to have them ready for sale in under 1 month), also to sell chocolates door to door etc.

    thanks again

Computer repair would be fastest. All you need is $5 for fliers. Charge 50 bucks to fix the comp problem. Go in front of best buy and hand them out. I made about $500 from doing that.

Private tutoring (in which ever subject best suits you and your market). Advertising via fliers / pin ups (which is illegal in australia but oh well)

    B@lls. Excuse my french. :-)

You can make a lot of money via short term investments. You need to be smart, and you should know where to invest. Ofcourse, you need to find a predominantly bull market.

Really I think this is the PERFECT question. Most of us don't know how to parlay 100$ into anything much and I believe that if a thousand people were given $1M each, in a year most would have significantly less in their bank account. If you can't make $100 into more then how would giving you more than $100 be any different?

I would find an inexpensive, popular, fad-type product, and sell it.
