Advertising seems to work nice for a lot of boards. But no one enjoys pop-ups.

This being an entrepreneur forum, there is a huge possibility to make reveneue from banners from companies wishing to advertise to such a community.

Afterall, the biggest sector in business is Business to Business (B2B) dealings, not Business to Customer (B2C, A.K.A retail).

Affiliate schemes might work quite well, for example something like a business plan software, or even asking if they would want to advertise here. There are a lot of products that would appeal to people who use this forum. Also the typical type of user is not afraid to take risk and is definitely not afraid of spending online

I like this site, but If I am sent a bill I don't think I would pay for it, because I don't really need it to much.
