Ok im new to the whole forum thing and as i post more and more you will see that i use a lot of aim language because im only 16. now ive been trying to get a job for the past 8 months and still nothing i finally had an interview and still havent heard back yet. I made my own blog for some cash and had friends clikc the ads. the only problem is that it wasnt enough money for me to do things with and i had to get a large amount before i could remove the money. I know how to sort of start my own business because business was my life until i decided to be a cop. but anyway i need ideas from people of what i can do for money (legally by the way) and i dont mean mow lawns and do chores i mean give me ideas of ways that a 16 year old can make money online or what things i can do to start my own business. please help me out. thanks,

HAHA good advice Mega B, but man I mean if you a 16 year old kid looking to go into business and your asking us what to start up you shouldn't be going into business. An idea will rise from your mind eventually. Don't turn to us for answers, that's all you. I hate questions like this .. COM'ON!

Get a job then start a business.

Without getting a job first you have no chance of a successful business.
Your obviously not very determined if you can’t even set your mind to getting a job.
I don’t understand that after 8 months you don’t have a job. What do you mean you haven’t heard back from your last interview, have you called them back to follow up?

How many doors have you knocked on asking for a job?

I guarantee a day or two of walking around offering your services you will find a job?

Don’t look at it as if you trying to find a job, look at it as your going to provide a large opportunity for an employer to employ you.

Dont keep talkin bout me gettn a job

I have tried very hard to get these jobs. I've called back this one job plenty of times and i called back aftr the interview and the woman told me that the guy i needed to speak to was busty so i left a msg and so far no word so dont give me that crap about getting a job like im some retartd who doesnt know how to get one. I cant figure out why im not getting them my father who is a store manager and a former business owner also cant figure out what im doing wrong nd dont tell me to go work for him because my parents are divorced and he lives in a different state. and if your going to put me down about being turned down for 15+ jobs then give me a dam idea of what to do. Also im asking if anybody has an ideas of what people do to make money online as 16 year olds. Im not asking for ideas for my own business im asking for ideas for other jobs. what can i do online to make money as a 16 year old. dont b.s. me nd say get a job because right now thats not working and dont tell me im not determined because i have more determination than any one of my friends who have jobs. Ive done 10 times as much work to get these jobs as they have to get theirs so dont give me any crap about gettin a job. dont tell me that its because of my writing either because its not i write like this because im pissed off that people like you feel its necessary to blame me for being too lazy when ive tried everything to get a job. so if you have ideas about what i can do online to make money then tell me and remember it has to be legal. if u just want to tell me to get a job then dont even bother posting

You want to make money online. Instead look offline business ideas, they bring in more profit when you first start.I know you say you dont want to mow lawns in such but making good money online takes time. A few months to year to start rolling in cash online. So if your in a hurry to make money online may not be right for you. But continue to find a job they always come in handy and bring in experience.

Service businesses are great for someone starting out. It's winter time atleast in my area try doing some snow removal you can bring in alot of cash in one day. There are tons other out their. And their low cost too.
But this is just my input. If you have patience and can wait for a check to arrive go online.

Cheers!

spend like 50 dollars, buy a couple of books of famous entrepreneurs. and try to understand how they think. eventually ( i don't know how long u will take, it all depends on the person), you'll start to think like an entrepreneur -> that's when u start opening to ideas that would have eluded you if you had just been content sitting down doing nothing.

the rest is common sense.

if you were to get a job, make sure it really teaches you stuff. not the monotonous ones (eg, standing beside a conveyor belt packaging stuff into cartons)

try to learn as much as possible about your boss/company, and how it all began. the journey counts.

Ok maybe I was a little harsh but their must be a reason that your not getting a job. Honestly I believe it would be a really silly idea to start a business and not have much capital behind you.
How much easier would it be to have 10grand in your back pocket to start up a business then only a few $100 bucks.

Now let’s look at why you’re not getting a job.

What sort of experience do you have?
What sort of jobs are you going for?
Do you believe that you present well.
If you were an employer why would you employ yourself?
Are you being picky or will you do anything?

If you want you can send your resume over and I will check it out for you. Just PM me.
