Red face Hardtimes + determination = a sweet success story I hope =/

So, if my Summer couldn't have an even worse beginning, I recently (As of early this morning) lost my car in Chicago in a 4-car pile up. The car is totalled (luckily my fam. and I are alive), but I still owe money on the car and don't know what insurance is going to do. Great why? fantastic!

Now, I'm broke (don't have a car to work), and carless (on top of that, the only cities with considerable available jobs are 50 miles away north and south of me lol). Haha, I guess its a typical life for a college student eh? Growing pains I guess.

Well, now I'm in need of a more promising revenue producing machnism and the job I had was only temporary for gas-money and misc. crap (So, no car, no need for gas money...thus no need for that craptastic place haha).

However, fortunately, I guess I can speed up my plans to start up a small e-business. Any ideas? lol. I'll need something that is simple, has low start-up costs, and relatively low management costs. I'm noticing the personal stories about the success of absense. I guess, that's the best way to go right now.

=/ I'm going to be one busy mate starting, well today. Can I bounce back from this huge loss? I known I can. It would be great if I got some helpful advice .

Be safe everyone! Cuz u never know what can happen. This is my second brush with death in 2 weeks lol. But its hard to keep my down I guess haha

I thing about low start up costs, is more people can start them. You have to find a niche, and develope better than anyone in that business.

Oh, I know I know. I'm simply looking for something that is not too complicated. I'm going to just start simple adsense sites going this Summer. I actually am thinking of speaking with some buddies of mine who have web-forums up already.

Well if you got all the time in the world, you can make a pretty penny with adsense if you know what to look for. Finding a niche, as they say, is providing a service that exists, for free, or writing or prdoucing something that a) hasn't been done before b) you can do it a lot better.

But it does take time. You can't expect to see any money from adsense for at least 3-6 months unless you do some to really bring in the traffic quickly. (A friend of mine made gingerkids.org and got it posted on collegehumor.com. he made a substantial amount for the few hours of work he put in). obviously you dont want to start a blog about entrepreneurship, because everyone has one, or a million pixel site. Think long and hard about something that hasn't been done on the web, something really really interesting or funny, or all of the above.
