Good Web Designer?

Can anyone recommend a good web designer?

I am starting a business and part of my service will include web design.
I am looking to contact freelance web designs who are interested in getting some work, with the option of more ongoing work in the future.

I am looking for someone who can design functional professional looking sites in the lower price bracket.

Dear Wackoo Jackoo

I would think there are many good webdesigners out there.

The big question is how much traffic do they draw.

Keywords and relevant content that ranks high on search engines will get you traffic.

I have had good results with site build it.

SiteSell.com, E-business Success. Simple. Real.

SBI requires a lot of work on the website owners part.

I prefer that to dialing leads for hours on end.

I am aware of the need for traffic. I have experience in SEO and web design, I am simply looking to outsource web design at this stage.

Just basic functionality.
looking at getting a site with about 5 pages, to show customers what services are offered by a particular business.
