Arrow GOOD IDEA for young entrepreneurs

If you are just getting started, and you are interested in investments I would strongly suggest having a look at Ftsie - The Property Stock Market.

You buy shares in properties of your choice, you can put in as little as 10 pounds and they manage and resell the properties for you. Some of their current properties are expected to make 50% returns within 6 months and membership is free. They also offer lots of help and advice.

This could be a good way to make some extra money whilst learning etc.

How do you learn to invest in these things? I don't want to take that big of a risk and invest blindly...is there a book or website that teaches you the basics?

are you talking about...sending money to an unregistered, unlicensed property trust operator (as compared to a multitude of alternatives)?

the nuisance of what you're saying is overwhelming..it runs along the lines of "yes, I wanna buy exposure (and less priority than an unsecured creditor) to some uninsured, unlisted, unincorporated, uk chop shop, which is gonna supposedly use my cash to speculate on residential real estate in (bloody!) romania".

get a clue. now that's a good idea.

There is MASSIVE risk involved. We had a property trust in Aus go bust not too long ago, and they were huge! people didnt think there was much risk involved because they were so large.

Yeah I did research on this matter not too long ago. Most def. underestimate the risk, so be careful!
