I would have to say keep track of them is the most important part for me. Because if I don't keep track of them then I have no way to measure what I have or have no accomplished thus far. I think everyone should have goals but probably less then 50% of people actually have them.

I think goal setting will put you on top of your game. But you should take it to the next level and create written plans to achieve those goals. That is one of the best things you can do. Plan you life out. Do it every week, for every month, every year and every ten years. The best way to start is to create a list of everything you want in your life. You know who you want to be, do and have and the end of each period and then create goals plans to achieve it.

Visualization is a huge part to achieving your goals. I've read that you should visualize when you wake up and when you go to bed so that way your constantly using you sub conscious and super conscious mind. Just keep in mind that everything the world has, and I mean everything, started as a thought.

I think it is actually less than that. I remember a study done at Harvard for the graduating class, and only three percent had written goals and plans to achieve them. And thirteen percent had goals but not in writing and the other 84 percent had no goals at all. The results of this study ten years later were ridiculous and what each accomplished. The 13 percent that had goals but had not written them down made, on average twice as much as the other 84 percent did. And the 3 percent that had them in writing and had plans made, on average, 10 times as much as the 97 percent combined.

But back to the point, only three percent had written down their goals. So just think about the rest of the world.

Good luck to everyone!!
Hopefully my visit will help you get there. If you would please return the favor, I would be very grateful. I had to pay my renewal yesterday, and it really threw my numbers off because my site ended up parked for about half the day.

Great point! The trick is to not be disappointed with the treetops.

Hey, Sinatra, I love it.

Fly me to the moon, and let me play among the stars...

Wow, what a terrific site! Looks like it's geared specifically for girls at first, but if you start reading the articles, it is geared towards both cllege attending genders. What a great idea!
