    Ghost town

Wow...is it just me or is this website a ghost town. only 28 members out of the 13,979 people are on the website at one time. That is an activity rate of .002%. I wonder what happened to this place, but it used to be a lot more active when I first joined.

Too true! Maybe its because im in a different time-zone but things are very quite when I come here. If u take alook at the member list some of them have never even posted. If u deleted all the users who have never posted and people havent been here for a couple of months, Im sure you would see quite a big reduction from 13000. Its a misrepresentation of the size of this site IMO.

Activity between .002% and .005% is not uncommon, even among the biggest forums I visit.

Same with me. I wish there was more innovation throughout the site to inspire more activity. The blog idea was great, too bad the owners havent continued that section.

The sites activitiy has declined dramtically recently and i've seen some long-serving members basically dissappear and havent returned since, but its picking up again with some new members, i hope we can see the site pick back up again back to where it was when i first joined.

Yea I think the owners just stuck it in to crush the talks about a buyout or members leaving to another forum.

After the buyout speculation another member made one like youngentrepreneur.com and took alot of the active members with him. Also there has been a rise of forums like this and a few have targetted youngentrepreneur.com and taken them(members) as ye has a large user base.

It doesnt help when you know the admins are doing nothing to make this website better.

I'm not finding any threads to post in anymore. Everyone stopped asking questions that I can answer.

I think the whole community structure is flawed. The entire community is based on question answer, question answer, and the questions are usually asked by an individual who periodically shows up, and the answers are answered by 15-20 people consistantly. There is no actual meaningful discussion The entire community is centered around the owners contributions to the community which are not explicit apparently.
