I don't know how similar their business operates to Scottrade, but I will say I visited my local Scottrade office, and a representative spent about 25 minutes with me explaining in details how they operate. I was only opening with $1000 and they knew that, but they really took the time to help me understand the complete process from start to finish. I had always used "my guy" but once I thought I would take control, they really put me in charge. Good luck!
