Red face Free things to do in London as we head towards economic crisis

So... the London papers are covered with crying people who've lost their bank jobs, it's all doom and gloom, and every other headline has the word 'freefall' in it when describing stocks. SO... I'm just passing on some of the free things suggested by the company I work for. Sorry if you're not in London, but keep in mind there's free stuff everywhere.

Tonight:
Radio One DJ Nihal presents the Notting Hill Arts Club's monthly session of modern Asian beats. Free before 8pm.
Spoonfed - London's easy events guide

Every Wednesday Morning:
A range of part aerobic, part martial art classes before work on the south bank of the Thames. Free.
Spoonfed - London's easy events guide

Every Sunday Afternoon:
A competitive yet friendly game of bike polo on your own bike. Free.
Spoonfed - London's easy events guide

26th-28th September:
Three-day festival of drawing, classes, workshops and performances. All free.
Spoonfed - London's easy events guide

And we are giving away free tickets, artwork and classes here:

Go forth... and spend little.
