My cousin lives in Colorado but does a lot of real estate business in the Cincinnati area. He buys undervalued properties, fixes them up and re-sells them to investors as turnkey rental properties. I own two of these houses.

My name is Debbie Edwards and I am working with Elizabeth Edwards on the InOneWeekend organization. InOneWeekend is a non-profit organization that brings together 100 individuals to create a business in one weekend. InOneWeekend is kicking off its event with a lecture by Google’s Director of Global Consumer Operations, Roy Gilbert. This lecture is on July 11th at 2:30 pm and will take place at the University of Cincinnati’s Tangeman University Center. The lecture is free and open to the public.
