The only ones that stand out to me are 5 & 10 as things that you will outgrow as your career allows. The hardest thing I've had to learn was delegation. As I've started to accept that as a normal part of my businesses growth I guess I have also stopped fighting change.

Just my 2 cents

Totally agree, it takes a special breed of person to pull off a startup.

I should probably start a new post for this, but does anyone agree that a higher percentage of younger people are actually looking at business as a viable income option?

I wonder if the reason why i want to succeed in my own business ventures is because of my parents comments regarding 9-5 work when i was young.

They would always come home and complain, veg in front of the tv, come home angry or anything else which is negative about working....

They are in the baby boomer generation, and i wonder if that group has perhaps put a negative outlook on their kids about working in general. hence why the Y generation is apparently the worst group in the workplace............because they're doing exactly what their parents said? i hope that makes sense, it's been beer o'clock here in Australia for the past couple of hours..................... is 3pm beer o'clock?

what do you think????

Thanks
Drew
