Hope that got your attention!

I was just wondering, for those who have started a new e-business or have been trying to start one for that matter, what are/were your motives?
  • Is it just because its easier?
  • Costs much less?
  • Convenient?
  • or another reason?

And back to the "same ole, same ole" part of my thread, In most cases, there is a lot of competition out there in almost all markets when it comes to the online world. What do you do different that stands out? or have / did you just wing it?

I'm just asking from my small amount of experience, and hope to gain anything to learn from those who have "made it" or sympathize with those who havn't!
