Just do a simple google search on free ebooks. There are tons of sites out there. I have written one and am going to produce a few more. Not on "How to Make Millions on the Internet" like most of them are, but on real business topics like human resources, etc.
I may grab a few free ones to include as bonuses to my original content.

theres one with resell rights over on www.freeturnkey.net and o suggest you do what cardcat said search the net for free ebooks and you'll hopefully come across a few with resell rights.

I haven't started selling them yet. I want to have at least 3 done before I start selling them, so I can offer a bonus for buying 2, etc. I may also combine it with a niche social networking site - join the paid membership area and get 3 free ebooks, etc.
I have seen TONS of these sites selling ebooks, mostly in the "How to make millions online" genre. I am not convinced you can make a lot of money selling them, but I do think you can use them as a free bonus for buying other products or joining a membership site, etc. They would also be good to offer free for signing up for a mailing list, newsletter, etc.

Ussualy on ebay you can find e book packages for 100+ books for less then a quarter each ebook

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share my first opportunity at making money online. I came across www.carboncopyprofits.com and absolutely loved it.
