    Dying before "Making it" ?

After talking with several young entrepreneurs and even young professionals I have noticed a trend.

A lot of us have a fear of dying before making it, myself included. I just wanted to see what everybodies thoughts on here were on this subject.

I think about it too, and I do have a gut feeling that i will make it.
But people shouldn't worry about that, and just focus on there current thing and having success in that

What do you mean by "dying"?

Never worry about age. As I say, work as if you will be young forever. Why? Because, if you maintain the same youthful and aspiring energy and passion to reach your dreams, whatever they are. Don't ever "get tired"....be painstakingly persistant, and realize all failures are lessons learned and a step closer to success.

I sound like a corny life coach or something...but this is what keeps me going lol

Remember Ray Kroc...was pretty much a nobody until he bought a little business called McDonalds in the early 60's and blew it out of the water. He was 59 or 61...I forget which. He did pretty good!

It could take around five years (depending on the business/industry) for a business to become profitable. It's all about endurance and persistence. If you want to succeed badly enough, you will. You just need to endure the rough start-up periods before enjoying the larger rewards.

when is the best time to plant a tree , 10-20 years ago.
when is the next best time to plant a tree , today.

    analogy ?

your never too old to accomplish any thing and you can always pass it on to the next generation untill project completed.

several people in history also have their projects completed long after they past away but their names are written down in history

don't focus on the result just yet, do the mission in this case, and knowing it will help people

What the hell is wrong with you people? You are worrying about the stupidest shit you possibly could! Instead of worrying about this garbage go out and make it happen... I think its asinine to hear people talking about this... Are you looking for an excuse not to try? This is just horseshit... get off your lazy asses and do something... do it now!

I hope I made my point!!!

Well said Roger. I had to see what was here after seeing this title on the front page.

Just keep your head up and keep moving...letting those thoughts fill your head are only hindering your progress.

I steer clear of those thoughts, I think when you cloud your head with such doubt you're holding yourself back....

I allready have my business up and running. (sig check)

I'm just saying that sometimes when driving or at certain times I try to be extra careful becuase I want to be able to enjoy the life that I have built for myself. Not saying I don't enjoy it now just saying that it crosses my mind.

I was just asking becuase I know a lot of young professionals/ entrepreneurs have this same fear.
