I was wondering whether you guys can recommend me some creative companies that practice business process design, more specifically the design of the primary value chain: inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing and sales, and service?

The most fitting ones I have found so far are IDEO because of their business design department and Tom Dixon because of his book “Industry”.
