Well I was reading this artice and its really motivating, but I was wondering is this really possible to buy and resell houses and cars ? what do you guys think? How would you do it if you had 10k and wanted to start flipping stuff for money ?

Depending on your age/credit/current salary 10k can be enough for a downpayment on a good rental property in your area. Granted profit would be much safer if you can do most of the fixing up work yourself.

If not it is possible to flip cars with 10k. You must know current trends(see what sells/drives in your area) and know how to repair cars and spot things that are close to breaking when inspecting potential buys. Be advised, some areas of the world require a dealers license if you sell a certain number of cars within a year.

Well yeah ive been flipping motorcycles, last year I flipped around 15 motorcycles making me 12k, but sells went down. Hopefully this new year I do the same. I was thinking once I have enough for a house I will buy a cheap one and see if it resells for more, but how can I find out if the house resell value can go up ?
