I am trying to start my online store. Start small with a few items, then plan on growing of course. My question is can I register a business under ABC Inc and have eventually 4 or so websites all with different names, selling different items and still just be registered as ABC Inc? Or is my thinking off?

Yes, that wont be a problem. As a business you can own as many domains you want.

Yes, this is what I plan on doing. I'm in the process of starting my first e-store and it has been an amazing learning experience.

My ABC, Inc. will have a few stores run under it. I had to file a DBA (Doing Business As), which is called a Ficitiuous Name license in Florida, to run the store under a different name.

Thanks everyone. I plan on starting small and pray to grow big. Enough where i can spend time with my family. Sucks working 60hrs during slow season and 75+ in busy season and still not be able to enjoy any time off. I will start with a company that will drop ship and grow from there. I am now looking into a place to help with webiste and shopping cart. I have one called auctionteacher.com they give you everything but the merchant account. Anyone hear of them? I am more leaning towards basic yahoo for small business and paypal merchant account? Ideas?
