Its not bad, but I think you need to fix the spacing a little as well as some of those stock images, they are rubbish and pointless imo.

Shadows on the menu are also messed up.

Also, Close buttons on your menus arent really needed.....

Also changing the body font to arial makes it look alot better imo

Excellent work. Good balance in text and pictures. Only I think it would be better if the pictures would have been more connected, like it's part of some series. Now it does look toch much a random pick out a stock photo database.

I also like the used techniques, and the way you using a form in the menu.
