I am Canadian, but I definitely think Bush is the man to vote for!
Better for business IMO.
Kerry is better at picking rich wifes.

I don't really know any really relevant facts, but I know that Kerry used to be an entrepreneur. Bush is also like an entrepreneur, but he sort of just bought his way into the oil industry. Bush is more adamant about lowering taxes, but I'm not sure if he is really the type of person we can trust. It seems like the economy has gotten worse since he became the president. I also didn't like how he spent tax money on useless(in my opinion) things like the war and the Mars exploration missions. Although I can't say if Kerry would have done the exact same things, or worse.

Isn't there a third choice? Or do the "extra" parties (lik libertarians, greens, other fringe parties) stand any chance?

I just wanted to know who people were going to vote for between the two that may actually have a chance. I don't mean that in a bad way - but it's not going to be an overnight phenomenon that some 3rd party stranger that no one knows about wins.

The economy was on the skids before the election. It was going to get worse whether Bush or Gore was elected. Most of the mars exploration missions were in the works before he was elected also. I used to be a hardcore Republican, but lately am not too sure about Bush. I wish we had a better choice than Kerry. Just thinking of him makes me remember the saying "If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything!"

Well, I'm the only one who won't be able to vote in this Presidental Election. I don't turn 18 until February 24, four months after the election.
I think I'm lucky that I'm not voting in this election. I really don't like Bush or Kerry. Neither of them to what I believe will do much more good than the other. I remember Kerry telling a crowd of people that if he was President, he'll create 10 million jobs during his presidency. (Sounds a too ambitious?) The media says that Kerry is a protectionist (that may be true but the media skews everything, so we cannot guarantee that the truth is being told.)
As for Bush, our image as a country has been destroyed by the Iraq War. It's hard to say whether things in Iraq are getting better or worse since the media skews anything that comes in. Since our image is pretty much tarnished at this point, I don't really think that another term for Bush will improve it.
I cannot suggest anybody to go into the White House. I don't follow politics as much as I used to. I just hope that whoever gets in the White House in 2005 will keep the economy going and rebuild our image as a country.

Being a Canadian, my vote doesn't count.
I also have no idea who Kerry is, or what his position is.
I do however, know that anyone is better than Bush . You guys need another Ronald Reagan in power.

But if nobody likes Bush or Kerry, would that mean one of the minor parties stands a better chance?

At this point, its nearly evenly divided between Kerry and Bush. But if nobody liked neither, the minor parties would probably stand a better chance. But for many years to come, only Republicans or Democrats will get into the White House, and not minor parties.
