No one wants anything to change? Strange. Looks like everyone is satisfied with their lives.
Everyone needs to change in one way or another but fear change. They fear change because of the unknown so they resort to false beliefs that they are truly happy, even know deep down inside, they wish they were different. The people who are successful, are the people who embrace change. They know that change can provide new opportunities to profit from. The people who are afraid of change, wait till its proven to get involved.
Example
Cell Phones - How many people in this world wish they would of invested $10,000 dollars into Verizon 10 years ago. Everyone that didn't invest, that's who. And the people who did, probably wished they invested more. They saw change coming and embraced it.
"The people who change the world, are the people who are willing to change themselves." - Steven Ruddell, Sept. 15th, 2007 (don't know if just came up with this quote or not so if you have heard this somewhere else, please tell me)
With all the said, I would change how much effort I put into my current business concept and take the time to learn more about business. I just get distracted and feel lost sometimes because I've honestly don't know what I'm doing.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."
do you mean about where we work? or how we work?

Change is something alot of people will well, not like. Interesting POV from my marketing lecturer yesterday, saying that he would rather employ a new, unexperienced person to run a motor yard, than a old experienced one. Why? because the older ones usually do not like to adapt to change.
So, i dont think there is one thing i would like to change, there is a lot, and it will constantly change.
