    Can I Use 007?

    Hey all,

This may be a dumb question, but I wanted to check.

Do any of you know if there are any restrictions on using 007 in the name of a business?

    Thanks.

007 is a registered trademark and the 007 gun logo is copyrighted, it's all owned by danjaq and should only be used commercially with permission

I think you can't use because it has already been registered.
