Hey everyone this was a hit. It went well, we are planning to do it again this year on the same weekend.

If you couldn't attend and your local to Boston you should try again this year. I will post another thread this year with the date and location. We are trying to find a permanent location to host this event every year.

    Thanks,

    Chris C.

Well we also have the local Relay for Life walk which is where we donate the funds to. We encourage anyone to join us, but these events are a fun way to come and help.

Once we get a good system down, we may look into adding another event to the list. We really did set the bar pretty high as far as the venue and the overall appearance. It was a pretty high end place, and it made the night worth while.

Thanks for the comments, any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks for all of the support eveyone. As long as cancer is here I will be fighting against it. I have taken a more proactive approach recently, and you can expect to see more events of various types.

I am also looking for other people who would like to get involved in planning events as well.
