After you've signed up you get the bookmarklet. Then whenever you find a video you like, you can bookmark it to your profile. From here you can organize it into a playlist and watch whenever ou feel like it. Alternatively, you can send to others.

The purpose of the site is to make it easier to organize all your favourite videos online and to make it easier to share your videos with your freinds and family.

maybe on the homepage have most bookmarked videos or top 100 or something of that nature and in the future if u have enough traffic/server space allow for uploading videos as well

Thanks for your suggestions karguy. As you no doubt noticed the home-page isn't completed yet, but we defenitely will be adding a most-bookmarked section.

On your other point, to allow users to upload videos would require huge bandwidth and we would incur huge costs. Of course if our users requested it, then we would have to take it into consideration.

yeah i love your idea.i wish i had thought of it,lol. but anyway i would only suggest adding your own uploading after u achieve a certain critical mass where it would make it worth your while. check out flixya.com its not the same concept as yours but it has to do with videos taken from other sites. i thought it was a good concept. if i think of any other ideas ill let u know cuz ur site has got me thinking because if executed right it could be huge

Thanks karguy. Its really good to get great feedback like that. I'll be sure to check out flixya.

Also, we'd be very happy to hear your ideas for our site. We listen to anything and everything our users suggest and always implement their ideas if theirs enough support.

If anybody would just prefer to be notified of when the service officialy launches, then you can just go to www.clonevideo.com and fill in your email address.

Wow nice idea! I think this could become very big . Nice idea clever not to put it on your hosting because if you did you'd be paying $$ like youtube. I like it as it is, but that feautred member i'm not 100% sure about that idea. Members who signup might want to keep private and not be shown on the homepage maybe you should add an option on signup where you can become a featured member or not etc.

Another thing you could do is centralise your nav bar, i was on IE on 1024x768 resolution and it didnt look that centralised to me it look too much to the left. Also you should take that red off the blog on the nav bar and only have the red on for the area you are currently at.

Anyways good luck with your site

We are actually thinking about removing the music bookmarking section for the time being and concentrating on the video bookmarking.

Does anybody think this is a bad idea?
