Hello skyhigh007,
I don't know how old you are but by being in this discussion forum I will presume you are young.

I recommend a book called: "The quarterlifer's companion" --Very good book

also something that helped me out a lot is Tony Robbins "Personal Power II" self-help 30 day program. That was just incredible.

By the way a good way to search for books is to just go to Amazon.com and type in the subject like lets say "Focusing" the books that come out from the search are arranged from most popular to least, and usually I have found out through personal experience, the most popular ones are the ones that have helped me out the most.

I have also learned through my favorite teacher, EXPERIENCE, that you cannot just based all your info from one book. A key to success in life is to be RESOURCEFUL, which just means going out there and reading as much as you can in your "field" or industry. If you just get one good thing from a book then you are farther ahead then you were before.

Just my 2 million cents

Thanks you for all your suggestions.btw, I'm in the mid twenties. Im looking for books that can help me to make better decisions or ways to make decision. I know the only way to improve is by making more decisions, but i need some sort of guide. As for Focusing, i get easily distracted by so many things.

For making decisions, try "Only The Paranoid Survive" by Andrew Grove of Intel.

Post Here are a few books I thought were good.

The One Minute Manager (Spencer Johnson): a quick read that may give you insight on decisions related to management

Pour Your Heart Into It (Schultz) the Starbucks Story: may give you insight into decision making throughout the rapid growth of a company

Rich Dad, Poor Dad (Kiyosaki): may give you insight into money management decisions

The Case for Faith (Strobel): may give you insight into calling on higher wisdom
