Best Way To Network Abroad?

I'm launching my business and as crazy as it sounds, I need a holiday...abroad before I lose my head.

What's the best way to network when you're on holiday in a country where people don't know you and where you don't really know which marketing strategy is acceptable and what's not?

I'm thinking: hangout at the clubs and hand out my business card.

I'm thinking: try to find interested people / potential customers online and meet up with them when I get to their country.

Ok, that's pretty much all I have right now. Anyone?

Talk to people, weather it be at the bar or in the buffet line...most people love telling you about themselves, what they do etc.....listen for the right opportunity to present them your card...you dont want to be to pushy....
