I'll make this brief. I keep to myself, and don't like to associate with others much.

I have a tonne of ideas in my head, and some which I KNOW will be a huge success, but I steer away from working with random people because I think they will steal my ideas.

I wish someone I grew up with was an extremely experienced web designer so they could implement all my ideas.

Help me, How should I find someone who shares this motivation, drive, to be one's own boss, and is very serious about it. (but has to be very experienced in web coding/designing)

Rain me with all your thoughts/ideas, I need all the help I can get!
