Ok so when companies want to see CV's, usually it is best to have it in -

.doc format as this is what most people ask for

Also it is best to keep colours to black and white as most people, if they print it out will print in black and white

What other standards are there to follow? As I want to create a really unique CV but want to remember the standards as mentioned above
