One of my favorite authors “Rich Dad Poor Dad” wrote a book called your Financial IQ. One of the questions he asks in the book is gold clubs or golf lessons. He has this friends who spends all this money on the latest tools to help improve his game. Yet he is not spending the time or effort to become a better golfer.
The same is true in the business world. People spend all of this money on starting a business. When they should be improving their skills. This is why 97% of business fail they have not yet learned the skills.
Jonathan Budd says if you are not successful you need to develop the skills and the personality to do so. Which bring up another great point. It’s is not all about you business skills. You also need to develop the personality to be successful.
