Any good programmers, designers, and marketers out there?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to expand my business, which right now is operating with 3 people, completely from referral work. I sell web design & marketing services. Right now I do most of the design work, and pass the HTML/Programming work off to a full time programmer and part time designer/coder. My main problems are:

I spend too much of my time working on projects for clients (last week I had 11 separate client projects on my agenda) to do what I do best: sell to prospective clients and guide them through the process (project management).

Programming also frequently becomes a bottleneck, since my guy (who is extremely good) can only do so much. Ideally, I need employees/partners who can (do two or more of the following):

1. Integrate with my business model and understand each project/client they work on

2. Do great design work

3. Help me invest company funds to increase lead generation. We're currently not spending any money on sales/marketing (which is somewhat ironic), but I realize that in order to take things to the next level I would need to double or triple my work flow, which I couldn't do from referral based marketing alone. I'm open to any ideas, and have experience (and therefore could help you manage) with many types of lead generation (I had to build a customer base to GET referrals), but I'm looking for someone who can come up with creative ways to attract the type of clients I cater to: people who want something amazing and are willing to pay (starting at $2500 for brochure sites) to get it done.

5. Put a FULL effort into this. If you can't work/go to school and do this full time DON'T waste my time and your time. If you are self employed like me, if you don't have ambition and drive don't bother. I can pay an employee a decent wage or cut a lucrative deal with any partner, but the premise is what you do helps me make more money (I won't continue to pay you if you aren't doing a good job). I want someone who can dedicate themselves to this.

Bill Gates only took 3 days of vacation in 5 years. I don't expect anyone I work with to do this, but just so you have an idea of what it takes. I want to be successful and I want others to go there with me, so if you're ambitious and interested, let's talk!
