    any ebayer's or craigslist users?

i have been selling stuff on ebay for awhile now, everytime i find something to sell, i sell it. i just started using craigslist. the only downfall about craigslist is you have to meet the people and all that. shipping seems like the easiest way to go for me. craigslist is free, that's another good advantage. anyone here sell on ebay/ craigslist? just wondered.

Yeah, I sell most of my stuff on Craigslist because I don't really like the riskiness of eBay's terms. Their prices aren't too friendly in my honest opinion either. I do like Craigslist though, because they get so many viewers. On top of those two, I also use Kijiji, OLX, and Frimp.

Craigslist if used properly can be a great way to promote your websites free of charge, just set up a small advert with your site details in it and it runs for 45days at a time then just re-submit again its a great business selling platform

I've sold about $180K worth of cars and boats on eBay over the past two years yet I utterly despise eBay. Their terms and conditions have gotten unbearable.

We do a lot of advertising on Craigslist to drive traffic to our live and on line auctions. As a previous poster has said you can get a great deal of advertising for free on Craigslist.

I'm under the impression that the only people who are successful through Craigslist.com are the people living in the US...? I'm currently living in China and it's a pain to do business from here, for various reasons. I once posted an ad on Craigslist (I wanted to sell something of mine that I no longer needed) and I was ignored.

Is there a local Craigslist for China? Perhaps you could set up your own version of it for China!

I used to sell a lot on eBay and was a powerseller at one point. I've pretty much stopped altogether because my auctions slowed down and I was upset at the way eBay was changing things such as feedback etc. Although I have 100% positive feedback, I just didn't like the things that were going on, so I stopped and turned to other income streams. I still sell occasionally. I don't like Craigslist that much, but I've used it before.

What kind of help/advice are you looking for?

I like Craigslist, the only downfall would be that the general public decide if your post can stay up or not, you never know what some looney might think of your post and take it down.

I have sold on ebay. It was OK for stuff you just have around the house. Or you get for Christmas or whatever. I wouldn't buy things just to sell on it, tho.
I haven't used Craigs list, but have thought of advertising there also. What kind of response do you get there?

I recently started using craigslist due to the ebay fees incurred while selling high end items ($500+). I have had success on craigslist but I feel that even though ebay fees are high, the selling price makes up for it.

check out ebay member "everydaysource" . It's possible to make a few million on eBay if you get your niche right. either hit a good niche or sell absolutely everything. What do people think about that? has anybody here made some money on eBay ?
