Exclamation Any aspiring writers out there?

Any aspiring writers out there? Well, I've got news for you! I just posted an interview on my website, I did with author Peter Bowerman. Peter is the author of the 2000 award-winning Book-of-the-Month Club selection, The Well-Fed Writer, and its 2005 companion volume, The Well-Fed Writer: Back For Seconds, a triple award-finalist (both self-published).

His books have become how-to “standards” on starting a lucrative commercial freelancing business – writing for businesses, large and small, and for rates of $50-125+ an hour. He chronicled his self-publishing success (50,000 copies of his first two books in print and a full-time living for over five years).

If you're a writer or aspire to be one, I highly recommend you check out this interview. Enjoy!

Yes I am an aspiring writer!

    Hello,

I just got finished reading " The Well-Fed Writer. For the second time. And Peter Bowerman really knows his stuff! I took in account everything he said, but I am still having doubts. I am in the process of starting my own writing service and I am doing the market research. I am developing a list for my target market. However once I complete the list, I don't know how to approach them. My fear is that I am kind of a novice, and I don't want to look like I don't know what I am talking about. I really would like to take the courses that are on awaionline.com they have the masters of copywriting. I too got my idea to turn to business writing from Bob Bly - like Peter Bowerman. Is there anyone that can give me any advice on how to become more confident approaching my target market?

Check out the writing category on my website. It contains a myriad of information covering a variety of topics, including your particular "confidence" situation.

Thank you Dale, I will check that out right now! Another question, is there an easy way to use this site. To find your post again, I had to do an advanced search.

    Thanks,
    Nina
