We are all familiar with this saying also, right?

The customer doesn't care how much you know until they KNOW how much you CARE! )

This is a very powerful statement, in that you can use those techniques in your landing pages, ads, banners, just about everywhere...show the customer who YOU are, and that you really do care to help them.
