7 Super-Effective Ways to Promote Your Blog

There are many different ways to promote your blog. But in my opinion, these seven are by far the most effective:

1. Get FREE publicity. Write a press release and distribute it through a press release distribution service like PRWeb.com.

2. Write articles, and submit them to The 10 Best Article Directories.

3. Submit your blog to as many of the top blog directories as possible. Here's a great list of blog directories: 20 Essential Blog Directories to Submit Your Blog To

4. Set up a feed on MyYahoo.com, so that your blog gets spidered regularly by Yahoo.

5. Get into Google News. If you write articles and submit them to AmericanChronicle.com, this will get your blog into Google News.

6. Use Ping-0-Matic to ping blog directories. Do this every time you publish: Ping-o-Matic!

7. Set-up an RSS feed URL that people can subscribe to: eBlog Templates How to Setup FeedBurner on Blogger | eBlog Templates

I could go on forever with different things that you can do to promote your blog. But these seven are more than enough to get you started.

and ping your blogs at least twice a day.

leave other comments on busy blogs and be the first one to post a comment

that will work well....and add lots of exposure for you.
