I'm a tech guy and stumbled on an awesome plugin (unlisted at wordpress.com) for responding to each new commenter at your blog. Wrote a post on how to set it up, stop it from sending crappy automated messages and really up your engagement. I've been getting a ton more responses to my posts with it, and keeping customers on the page longer. Check it out, want to know what others think...
