I've been researching colleges that offer a BA/BS in e-commerce. It's extremely confusing since even the definitive major has so many different names including "E-Business" or "E-Commerce" and even "Information Technology" all of which are subcategories of Business Administration. And then other colleges instead merge it with Computer Information Systems and Computer Science and seem to take more of a technical approach...

Do you have any recommendations on which route to take?

Or would it be better to just focus on web design, marketing, and entrepreneurship?

What did the top business leaders in e-commerce do? and do you have any suggestions for finding an opportunity that would allow me to interview a few of these leaders in e-commerce?
