If you check out my site you will see it is about drinking games. In the process of throwing cocktail recipes on next.

I want to sell related products, such as drinking game accessories. As well as related products for cocktails (cocktail glasses, mixers) and so on...

My question is. When would be the best time to open up shop? Should I wait for a certain amount of daily traffic to be heading my way, or do I open up store soon and wait for customers to visit the online store whilst gradually building traffic?

Advice please.

The right time is right now! I'd open today if you're ready, then get traffic afterwards. Only elephants like Google can do the beta stuff and still get insane traffic, because they already have a following. Open shop, make sure all works then focus on marketing I say.
