    Sweat Equity for Developer/Programmer

My startup is in the process of adding people to our team. We are hiring programmer(s) as intern(s) and have agreed on having them work for free, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out how I can allow them to earn equity (sweat equity) for their hardwork this summer.

Does anybody have any advice, or resources that can help me figure out how to legally offer a promise of ownership in our company for completed and continuous hardwork?

    (term sheet? LIO? HELP PLEASE!)

If you can get over to SF area, check out Finance4Founders as they may be able to assist with your start up.

Also check out the blogroll on the side, some really great info amongst the blogs. Hope it`s a little bit of help.

I responded to this exact question in the other thread you posted in. You need a real corporate attorney to create documents on vesting to legally do this correctly. BTW F4F is invite only, he wouldn't just be able to attend.
