I know these tips will help you out because they have more me!

I've been able to rank within the first page of Google for a long tail keyword sometimes doing this. Check them out:

Put Keyword in Heading of Pages
Put Keyword In Content of Pages
Write 350+ Character Articles
Put Keywords In Description of Page
Recommended: Keyword in URL

On page SEO is as important as Off page SEO.

Also, put keywords in bold format, and use keywords in image alt text.

When using the keywords, make sure that these keywords stand out. And one way to make that happen is by putting the keywords in bold. Or you can use italics for the keyword or you can underline the keyword to show that the keywords that you have mentioned are important. In search engine services, it is regarded that these search engines have a way of recognizing important keywords that are rendered in special formatting.

I do keep a list of tasks that need to be completed and focus on those first. I'm not concerned so much about not getting my work done as I am about not having a personal life.
