Is there any online store ideas that doesn't have 100 of them already made, and will have some profit and actually have people visit and purchase from the site?

to be honest with you, its down to you to get people to visit and purchase from your site this should be in your advertising budget within your business plan, the best advise i can give you is to watch what sell's well on other sites and the bay etc also look out for new products around that not many people sell, if you feel it will sell well then you've found yourself a small gap in the market (new product, not many people selling it) as long as you plan correctly!!

Doesn't have to look for that, even you can tell on how to promote your online online store. Think of as if you're one of the customers and know what you are looking for.
