Social Networking Website for India

Hi,
I'm currently working on a business plan to open up a social networking web in India. I've done an extensive research on social networking sites in the country. Currently, there are couple of websites with about 500,000 members, which is nothing concidering the young population in the country. It's a great business oppertunity for someone who is concidering his/her career in computer networking field. Person will own a percentage of the site, and will get paid when the revenue comes in. This is a fantastic, yet simple idea for a social networking site that will feed and large underserved community. I have the business and creative skills, but not the technical.
